The next Coffee with the superintendent meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11th at 7pm in the EPHS auditorium. The discussion will revolve around the upcoming .5% income tax levy, and any additional topics that arise.
A final reminder for graduating seniors, local scholarships are now available in the high school guidance office. Please see Mr. Cyrus for these scholarship opportunities. The deadline for submission is April 1.
The due date for Senior Baby Ads has been extended to Friday, March 20th. Baby Ad information has been distributed to students during 1st period and via your school email address. Ad money can be dropped off in the high school office or in room 302 in the middle school. Please contact Ms. Jornigan with any questions.
Tomorrow morning, Tuesday, March 10, all students in Grade 11 will be administered the ACT. Students will be called to room 115HS beginning at 8:15 am. The test is set to last until approximately 12:30 pm. Following the test administration, students will report to the high school cafeteria for lunch. CCCTC students in Grade 11 will also attend. The CCCTC has already been notified of this excused absence.
Tonight we will honor High School Winter Sports Student-Athletes with a Banquet. It will start with food being served in the Cafeteria at 7pm. This meal is for the student-athlete and their family. Once completed with Dinner we will transition to HS Auditorium for the Awards.

It was a busy and successful day for East Palestine Schools on Saturday, March 7. Congratulations are also in order for Cole Rutledge, Matt Garcia, and Mr. Kibler as they represented East Palestine Robotics at the Vex State Championships yesterday afternoon. Congratulations to middle school students Nia Barr and Liliana Varella. They competed at the Regional Championship for Power of the Pen yesterday at Malone University. Nia earned a medal at both the District and Regional levels and is moving on to the State Championship in May. Nice work girls!
Need something to do tonight? Stop by the elementary for The Evening of the Arts. Our Kindergarten and Second grade students will give a musical performance starting at 6:00 and 7:00 PM. Two pieces of art for every elementary student are displayed throughout the school. Come and enjoy the talents of our elementary students! The art will be on display from 6:00-8:00.
