Mrs. Winland's DSP-U students toured Threshold Residential Services today in preparation for their paid internships starting soon.
All their hard work completing the modules has paid off! Even better? They had time for a quick break (and a cuddle) with a resident's cat during the tour.
Congratulations Olivia, Kyra, Aubrey, Alyssa and Amara!

It may be in the past, but we can't stop replaying the First Annual Middle School Band Night! Our 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade bands joined the High School Band for an epic performance.
It was a spectacular evening of marching, music, and an unforgettable costume dance to "Thriller."
Music moves us, and traditions guide us!

The East Palestine School District spent this morning celebrating and thanking the brave veterans in our community.

We were proud to host a special assembly and breakfast where our students could personally express their gratitude for the courage and sacrifice of our nation's heroes. To every veteran, thank you for your commitment to service and for being an inspiration to our students. We are forever grateful!

To maximize engagement with Election Day, our government students participated in a hands-on mock election using official sample ballots via Google Forms. This will be followed by a valuable data analysis exercise tomorrow where they compare their choices to the real results. We are also proud to support future civic engagement—today, eligible students were able to register to vote!

Over the weekend, EPHS Junior Izzy Ratner proudly represented our school at the annual YSU High School Honor Band side-by-side concert with the YSU Wind Ensemble. Izzy dedicated a full day to intensive ensemble and sectional rehearsals, receiving instruction from both the respected Dana School of Music faculty and university students. The enriching educational experience culminated in a combined public performance at the prestigious Stambaugh Auditorium.
Way to shine, Izzy!

Mark your calendars! The East Palestine School District is honored to host the "Shoot For The Cure" benefit basketball game on Thursday, November 20th, with an initial tip-off at 5:30 p.m. in the EPHS Gym.

This is more than just a game—it's a demonstration of community as four school districts—East Palestine, Columbiana, Crestview, and Heartland Christian —come together to support a beloved member of our family, Coach Rick Gates, and his daughter Aricka Gates.

100% of all proceeds from the gate, concessions, raffles, gift baskets, and private donations will go directly to the Gates family.
