Another great performance was turned in last night from our middle school performing arts and music department. Students from grades 5-8 showcased their talents in the spotlight in front of a packed auditorium. I hope you were able to join us, but in case you missed it we have you covered.

Congratulations to East Palestine Middle School’s Kandace Best for winning the WKBN Caring for Our Community Creative Classroom grant. Mrs. Best, along with the help and support of many others, renovated the school courtyard over the last several months to allow students to enjoy the outside while learning about science. Mrs. Best and others will be using this grant to make additions to their already outstanding project. You can catch the surprise on Thursday, December 26, at 5:00 pm on WKBN. Great job and congratulations Mrs. Best!
