We had some very special guests at EPES today! Thank you to Spacey Acres Llama Ranch for educating our PreK and Kindergarten classes about llamas and alpacas. Did you know that llamas communicate through humming and body posture? Be sure to ask your student what else they learned today!





Mr. Kunselman and Mrs. Martin took their STEM class to the Oasis for some fresh air after state testing. As you can see, it was more than just relaxation but also a learning experience in nature!

East Palestine Alum, Jasmine Ludt is a member of the Baldwin Wallace Women’s Collegiate Rugby 7’s team. Their team made it to the National Playoffs final where Jasmine scored a crucial 5-point try. Way to go Jasmine!!

Education—it's our mission!
This afternoon, we will host our annual Prom Mock Crash event, which aims to educate our students on the importance of staying safe and avoiding alcohol and drugs. With the support of the East Palestine Fire Department, EMTs, and Police Department, we hope to create a significant educational moment for our students through a live demonstration.

Alexander Pink, EPHS Senior and CBI student, has received The Nutrition Group's Student Employee Grant sponsored by TNG Charities. Xander received $1000 to be applied toward his tuition at YSU in the fall.
As a student employee in the kitchen through our CBI program, he was able to apply for this grant.
TNG Food Director Deseree Stredney and CBI Coordinator Gretchen Winland are shown presenting the check and award letter to Xander.
Xander will also be honored at the EPHS Senior Awards Assembly on May 16.

Congratulations to this year's students from EPMS who have been accepted into Kent State University's Rising Scholars Program.
This program provides first-generation college-bound students from Columbiana County with a college access plan. Their goal is to equip students and their families with the knowledge, academic exposure, and social support necessary for success at the university level.
We are so proud of our Bulldogs!

Spring Break 2025 is nearly over.....back to school tomorrow!

Some of our 7th and 8th graders had an unforgettable experience at YSU's 47th Annual English Festival, which included creative writing, teamwork, and inspiring conversations with authors, including Alan Gratz and Quartez Harris.
