The playground was bustling with the excitement and laughter of our students today!
These warm, sunny days offer a refreshing brain break from the classroom and provide an opportunity to recharge.



The 4th Grade Principal's Advisory Council (PAC) is leading this year's initiative to support the Columbiana County Humane Society. If you are able, please consider bringing in items during the week of March 10-14 to EPES.
We are so proud of the leadership that these students have demonstrated!


Mrs. Cox's class took time today to participate in a fun activity for Dr. Seuss Week! They learned that Dr. Seuss wrote *Green Eggs and Ham* after a bet in which someone claimed he couldn't write a children's book using only 50 words. He proved them wrong!
Today, the class read the story and identified all 50 words he used. Can you do the same?






The 2025 Columbiana County Schools Student Art Show is an amazing display of artwork by students throughout the county. East Palestine had representation from nearly every grade level.

Every year, our elementary students take on the challenge of raising funds for the American Heart Association (AHA) while also adopting healthy habits in their daily lives. This year was no different, as they raised an impressive $4,341.55 for the AHA!

Mr. Geiss is expanding the minds of our 2nd-grade students through the use of Ozobots and the introduction of color codes. This educational initiative is funded by a grant he received from Battelle and the Ohio STEM Learning Network (OSLN), which aims to promote the development of sustainable STEM education programs in classrooms.
