If you look closely at our student-made skyline, you’ll see some familiar local favorites! Our students used real-world inspiration to practice their multiplication (Rows x Columns = Total Windows). We love seeing our kids connect their classroom lessons to the world around them here in East Palestine.

Our Akron Children's School-Based Health Clinics are a vital tool in keeping our students in school and learning. These services help reduce missed instructional time and ensure that medical needs don't stand in the way of academic success.

With our on-campus care, students save nearly 3 hours (2h 40m average) of seat time per visit compared to traditional off-site appointments!

Huge cheers for our EPES students! The results are in for the 2nd 9-weeks, and we are beaming with pride at the number of names on last quarter’s Honor Roll and Merit Roll. Congratulations, Bulldogs and keep up the good work!

We are thrilled to announce that the East Palestine School District has been awarded grant funding through the Ohio School Bus Safety Grant program!

Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce announced $10 million in funding to improve student transportation across the state—and we are proud to be a recipient!

This funding will be used to modernize our existing fleet with critical safety upgrades, ensuring a safer commute for our students every day. Our students' journey to and from school is just as important as their time in the classroom. We are grateful for this support in keeping our Bulldogs safe on the road!

School counselors are the bridge between where a student is and where they want to be. They provide the tools for managing emotions, the skills for building relationships, and the roadmap for life after graduation. And so much more!

We want to extend a huge thank you to Mrs. Neider, Mrs. Sherry, and Mrs. Randolph for being that bridge for our students. Your dedication to the East Palestine community makes a lasting difference in the lives of our children every single day.

Grab your crayons, paints, or whatever you have, and let's get artistic! Show us your best bulldog! Due to the ongoing winter weather, East Palestine Schools will be closed on Thursday, January 29. We know the extreme weather makes things difficult, so we’re hosting a drive-thru lunch pick-up for our students! Swing by the MS-9 door at the back of the middle school between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to grab a bagged lunch. Stay safe, look out for your neighbors, and we hope to see you back in the classrooms soon!

Staying inside where it’s warm today, Bulldogs? Turn your kitchen into a Hot Cocoa Science Lab! This is a fun, delicious way to practice your "Scientist Skills" while sipping on a warm treat. The Experiment: Which topping will melt the fastest in your hot cocoa? 1️⃣ Before you drop them in, guess which will disappear first: a giant marshmallow, mini marshmallows, or a piece of chocolate? 2️⃣ Drop your toppings in at the same time and watch closely! 3️⃣ Does the heat from the cocoa change the shape of the topping? What else do you notice? 4️⃣ Which one won the race? 5️⃣ Enjoy!!

Even though we miss having everyone in the halls, the weather isn't cooperating just yet. East Palestine Schools will be CLOSED tomorrow, January 28th. We’re building quite the streak here - stay warm & safe, EP!
