Today, some of our EPHS students stepped into the future during Huntington Bank Reality Days!
Students were challenged with real-life scenarios, from managing monthly salaries to navigating unexpected expenses. By working through these budgets, they gained a much better understanding of fiscal responsibility and what it takes to balance life’s "price tag."
A huge THANK YOU to Huntington Bank for investing your time and expertise into our students. We appreciate you helping our Bulldogs prepare for a bright (and balanced!) financial future.

Today (2/9/26) the East Palestine School District will operate on a 2-hour delay. There will be no AM Preschool.

Don’t let the next few months catch you by surprise, Bulldogs! We know how busy life gets, so we’ve gathered all the "must-know" dates—from school breaks to early releases—all in one place.
Take a second to mark these down so you can stay ahead of the pack.

SURPRISE!
On Friday, we surprised 177 EPMS students with a PBIS Glow Dance to celebrate their commitment to our school-wide expectations. In our PBIS framework, we look for students who "lead the pack" through kindness and accountability—and this group did exactly that!

We had a blast celebrating 98 EPHS students at Past Times for our latest PBIS incentive!
These students were recognized for their outstanding behavior and commitment to our school values. Seeing them unwind and enjoy some vintage gaming fun was the highlight of our week! Keep up the great work, Bulldogs!

Snow days are the best days, but a "snow break" during school might be even better!
Our 4th-grade crew headed outside for a bit today to soak up the snow and burn off some energy!

Big round of applause for our latest Honor and Merit Roll achievers at EPHS! These students aren't just hitting the books; they’re building the skills they need to lead the way in whatever comes next.
Whether you’re a freshman just starting out or a senior finishing strong, we see your effort and we salute your success. Keep pushing, Bulldogs!

We are incredibly proud of our EPHS Robotics team! We wanted to share a glimpse into the action so you can see exactly how Reece, Austin, and Lydia are out-maneuvering the competition.
With a current rank of 3rd out of 29 in Columbiana County and 4th out of 51 in Mahoning, these three have earned their spot among the best!
Wish them luck as they compete at the CCCTC State Qualifier on Valentine’s Day!

At EPMS, we’re watching the next generation of engineers grow! Our Robotics teams have spent the season mastering logic, mechanics, and teamwork. Check out the stats from their match last evening!
Their final competition is February 14th, and we couldn't be more proud of the steady dedication they've shown to their craft. Good luck to all our student competitors!
Stay Tuned......we'll update in just a bit on our EPHS Team!

Our 6th graders are bringing Ancient Egypt to life in the most exciting way!
Today, Mrs. Peterson helped them transform into junior Egyptologists, learning the intricate process of mummification by preserving hot dogs!
This hands-on experiment isn't just fun – it’s a brilliant way to explore Ohio Learning Standards in Social Studies, helping students understand ancient Egyptian culture, scientific innovation, and their unique beliefs about the afterlife.
Stay tuned for updates on our mummified hot dogs' progress!

Our Akron Children's School-Based Health Clinics are a vital tool in keeping our students in school and learning. These services help reduce missed instructional time and ensure that medical needs don't stand in the way of academic success.
With our on-campus care, students save nearly 3 hours (2h 40m average) of seat time per visit compared to traditional off-site appointments!

We are thrilled to announce that the East Palestine School District has been awarded grant funding through the Ohio School Bus Safety Grant program!
Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce announced $10 million in funding to improve student transportation across the state—and we are proud to be a recipient!
This funding will be used to modernize our existing fleet with critical safety upgrades, ensuring a safer commute for our students every day. Our students' journey to and from school is just as important as their time in the classroom. We are grateful for this support in keeping our Bulldogs safe on the road!
