We're all pumped up and ready to go after today's Homecoming and Winter Sports Pep Assembly! Good luck as the Bulldogs take on the Clippers tonight at home!

Due to the unexpected school closures this week, we have adjusted the distribution schedule for Report Cards to Wednesday, January 29th. They will also be available for viewing on ProgressBook starting that date.

Our Senior Class hosted two dances last week for our middle school students.
Thank you to the Seniors who worked so hard to make the events amazing for their fellow Bulldogs!

Aligning schedules can be challenging! We attempted to organize a 2025 Bulldog Alumni Basketball Game, but due to a lack of available participants, we unfortunately have to cancel the event for now.
However, we are excited to invite our wonderful Bulldog fans to the EPHS Gym for the *Winter Meet the Team* event on Saturday, February 1st, at 4:30 p.m. Join us to celebrate our winter athletes and then stay to cheer on the Boys' Basketball teams as they take on the Southern Local Indians starting at 5:30 p.m.

Welcome to Week 3 of the "Bulldog Safety Zone." Recent studies show a significant increase in vaping among teenagers, raising concerns about the long-term effects of nicotine exposure on developing brains. To discourage and deter our students from vaping, detectors have been installed throughout our buildings. If necessary, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the Student Handbook regarding any student found to be in possession of a vape.

We know you probably don’t need a reminder, but we wanted to share this just in case!

It will be a "whole new world" here in East Palestine when the Drama Club's 2025 Spring Production of Aladdin Jr. comes to town on March 14-16!

Although the 47th Annual YSU English Festival is not until April, our student participants are already exploring some of the titles on the festival booklist. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of The Friends of the Library and the East Palestine Bulldog PTO, each student will receive their own copies of *Refugee* and *The Brooklyn Nine* by Alan Gratz.
Today, students visited the East Palestine Memorial Public Library to hear more about the author and to receive their first book!

Tonight's (1/16/25) Varsity Girls' game at Lisbon has been canceled. A make-up date will be announced in the near future.

As a reminder for our Seniors!
Students, parents, or the photographer can email Mrs. Cunningham their top two (one backup in case of sizing or orientation issues) senior photos to be put in the yearbook.
