🎓 Important Update: 140th EPHS Commencement Ceremony & Weather Plans
As we prepare to celebrate the incredible Class of 2026 at our 140th Commencement Ceremony, we are keeping a close eye on the skies. To ensure a smooth evening for our graduates and their families, please review our weather contingency plans below.
☀️ Plan #1: Outdoor Ceremony (Preferred)
When: Saturday, May 23rd at 7:00 PM
Where: Reid Memorial Stadium
Details: If the weather cooperates, graduation will take place outside as traditionally planned. No ticket restrictions for stadium seating.
🌧️ Plan #2: Indoor Ceremony (Inclement Weather)
A final decision regarding the location will be made by noon on Saturday, May 23rd. If the weather forces us indoors, the following adjustments will be made:
The Ceremony: Moved inside to the EPHS Auditorium at 7:00 PM.
Auditorium Seating: Due to capacity limits, only individuals with tickets will be permitted inside the auditorium.
Gymnasium Livestream: The EPHS Gym will open at 6:30 PM for anyone who does not have a ticket but would still like to gather and watch the ceremony via a live broadcast.
