Akron Children’s Hospital School-Based Health Centers provide private and confidential medical care at your child’s school. With your permission, your child can receive:
- Annual well visit
- Vaccines
- Sports physicals
- Help managing asthma and allergies
- Treatment of minor illnesses like:
- Cold and flu
- Fever
- Sore throat
- Ear infections
- Pink eye
- Rashes and poison ivy
- Respiratory infections
These services do not replace your child’s doctor. If your child needs a doctor, we can help you find one.
To get started, complete the consent form and return it to your child’s school.
