BOARD MEETING INFORMATION
Regular meetings of the board of education begin at 6:00 pm on the scheduled dates (typically the first Monday of each month) at the East Palestine Elementary Media Center. The public is encouraged to attend. The meeting agendas will be finalized and posted prior to the start of the meeting. Any presentation documents will also be posted. The Board is committed to conducting its meetings in a productive and efficient manner to ensure that the regular agenda of the Board is completed in a reasonable period of time, honors the voluntary nature of the Board's time, and allows for a fair and adequate opportunity for input to be considered. Consequently, public participation at Board meetings will be governed by the following principles: Any resident wishing to participate in a Board meeting shall register their intent in writing with the Superintendent no later than 12:00 noon five (5) days prior to the meeting and include the name and address of the resident, group affiliation, if any, and the topic to be addressed. Such requests shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent and the Board President.
