Substitute Teaching Opportunities
East Palestine City Schools participates in substitute services provided through the North Coast Shared Services Alliance. The NCSSA serves as our substitute teacher management provider, responsible for recruitment and employment of certified substitutes for our district. If you are interested in becoming a substitute teacher for East Palestine City Schools, please submit an application with the NCSSA.

Teaching the Governor a Thing or Two!

EPMS was in the spotlight on February 5 as students and staff shared their STEM knowledge and 3D printing talents with Ohio Governor John Kasich at the first Ohio Straight A Innovation Conference. (They even made the Governor's Facebook page!)

PRACTICE Tests

Parents are encouraged to review the PARCC ELA and Math tests along with the OCBA for Science and Social Studies with their 5-8 grade students. Link to these tests are set up on the home page under the student link. 


Practice Assessments Information

Parents and students are encouraged to review the practice tests for the Winter and Spring testing. Students at the middle school will begin PARCC testing in February and Next Generation Assessments in March. Links are provided to take you to the practice sites.

Camp Konokwee Date Changed

The 6th grade Camp Konokwee trip has been rescheduled for March 25-27 due to a conflict in the athletic schedule. Permission slip are still due in order to get shirts ordered. Parents can make payments to cover the cost. Please contact Mrs. Sherry if you have any questions.
